If you are struggling with worry, fear of the future, current heartache or find yourself in the midst of a painful experience, please pray this with me today:

“Heavenly Father,
In the midst of my feelings and struggles, I come before You with an open heart. I release the weight of my emotions and the uncertainties I’m facing into Your capable hands. Lord, I confess that sometimes the path ahead seems daunting, and my heart feels heavy. But in this moment, I choose to trust You.

You are the One who revives the the silent aches of the mundane and carries us through the darkest of nights. Your love is unwavering, and Your promises are true. Help me to let go of my need to control and to rest in Your sovereignty. I surrender my worries, my fears, and my doubts to You.

Lord, I place my trust in You. I believe that Your plans for me are good, and Your ways are higher than my own. As I step forward into the unknown, I am confident that You are by my side, leading me with your loving hands. Thank You for being my refuge and my strength.
