Hello dear ones,
Thank you all so much for your fervent prayers for me as I made the big journey to Japan! From traveling mercies, to safety and provision; I’m pleased to say that God has certainly delivered, as He always does! I have arrived in Japan safely and without a hitch! All the glory truly belongs to the Lord: from opening up all of the right doors, to giving me favor with the all of the customs and immigration officers, to even giving me an extra seat on the air plane! God provided supernaturally each and every step of the way! So obviously the highest praise belongs to Jesus, but I also want to express my humblest thanks to everyone who reached out to me yesterday as I embarked on this journey- the amount of sheer Christian love I felt was incredible! Whether you called me to pray with me, sent a heartfelt email, texted me best wishes or even sent that encouraging DM- I want to extend the biggest thank you to you specifically; you have no idea how much that touched my heart and truly meant to me. I was definitely sent prayed up and in the Peace of God!
I want to tell you today friends a simple message: Be encouraged!!! God hears our prayers and is swift to answer and send us help in times of need! I’m amazed by not only how swift God is to answer our prayers, but also how when He does answer them, He always goes above and beyond what we could have ever asked or imagined! It’s like math, but way more fun.
God + our plans = success.
(Ok, maybe this is just Aly’s type of math lol). What I’m saying is that when we invite God into the process, then the outcome becomes better than even our, “best case scenario.” It becomes unlimited, unthinkable, unimaginable friends! Let me encourage you today to put all of those hopes and dreams deep in your heart into the very capable hands of Jesus with all your trust and might! He will surprise you by how amazing He works things out for you and ultimately for His glory! And don’t forget to thank Him and praise Him without ceasing when He comes through for you! (and for extra credit, try praising Him even before He comes through for you, because He deserves it friends, He really, really does) : ) Stay posted for more updates to come!
